As the Founding Director and Principal Therapist of Mind Wellbeing Counselling, Jasminka is a qualified Social Worker in Australia, New Zealand, and Croatia with over thirty years of clinical experience in counselling and therapeutic intervention. She is an accredited member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
Jasminka’s practice is grounded in robust academic training, holding postgraduate qualifications in addictive behaviours from the University of Auckland and Master’s degrees in Social Work and Global Health from Monash University. Her therapeutic approach is enriched by a global clinical perspective and an unwavering commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
Drawing upon Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, Jasminka delivers bespoke interventions, meticulously tailored to the individual needs of each client.
